By placing an order or using vavelhome.com you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the base currency and may be displayed in your local currency at the current exchange rate. Charges are made in the base currency at checkout.

Custom orders

Custom-made pieces require a 50% deposit and have a 4–8 week production time. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAVEL HOME is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
